Orders and Acceptance

  • Every order received by MDSC is subject to acceptance and confirmation.
  • An order is only confirmed when it is written or issued with an invoice.
  • MDSC has the right to deny or cancel any order because of the unavailability of stocks, price errors, or any other unexpected situations.

Pricing and Payment Terms

The quoted prices do not include taxes, duties, or other transportation costs unless otherwise indicated.

The payment should be made in accordance with the agreed terms, as indicated in the invoice or quotation.

  • Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

Warranty

  • The original manufacturer of the product offers a warranty to all products, where applicable.
  • MDSC is not offering any independent warranties other than those provided by the manufacturer.
  • Warranty claims should be processed in accordance with the relevant brand’s warranty policy.

Returns and Cancellations

    • Cancellations or returns will be made with the prior written consent of MDSC.
    • Non-returnable products are those that are custom-made, special-purpose, or used.
    • Approved returns may incur a restocking fee and transportation costs.

Intellectual Property

Force Majeure

Failure or delay in performance by MDSC on the basis of events beyond reasonable control, such as a natural catastrophe, strike, disruption in the supply chain, government interference, or God acts, will not make MDSC liable.
